1. General

These Terms govern purchases at https://4brush.com/ operated by 4Brush “Seller”. By ordering, you “Buyer” agree to these legally binding Terms.

2. Orders

  • Contract forms when you click “Place Order”
  • You must provide accurate color codes for paint matching
  • Custom mixes cannot be returned unless defective

3. Payment

  • Prices in Eur, inclusive of VAT
  • Payment required before order processing
  • Accepted methods: Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal

4. Shipping

  • Standard delivery: 3-5 business days
  • Tracking provided for all orders
  • Inspect deliveries immediately and report damage within 48 hours

5. Returns

  • Unopened products: 14-day return window
  • Buyer pays return shipping unless our error
  • Refunds processed within 14 days of receipt
Color Note: We match paint based on manufacturer codes you provide. Monitor colors may vary from actual paint.

6. Liability

We’re not liable for:

  • Incorrect color selection by buyer
  • Paint application results
  • Events beyond our control (delays, natural disasters)
